To be discriminate when you have aids is really sad...but thats
reality! It does not even need to be aids, a person who is disabled may
also be discriminate.
It is really frustrating but people tend to discriminate those whom
they think is not "normal".
The mindsets of these people are very difficult to change. They may be
educated on AIDS but they may not change their attitude towards it.
Sometimes, you will just hope that they will be in the other person's
shoes so they would feel how it is like to be discriminated.
I personally felt sad for those who contracted AIDS not through their
selfish acts but through other means. Its really sad because they are
suffering due to other people's mistakes.
Abotu the medications, I have hward that the scientists are trying to
come up with a very effective way to kill AIDS disease. I really hope
that this will happen soon because mostly the medications, as far as i
know, are just to slow down the progression of the virus inside the
body and to prolong their life.
