Do traumized mastesized cells turn into cancer. Especially if the cells are

"Metastasis" is a word usually referred to cells which have spread
from malignant tumors (cancers) allthough it can also be applied to
the spread of infection. The elevated temperature which you describe
is more characteristic of infection.

But, you need to ask your doctor whether you have a "primary" cancer.
Metastasizing cancer cells come from a primary cancer.
