Renal papillary necrosis

Can anyone describe what necrotic tissue passed in the urine due to
renal papillary necrosis looks like? I've searched everywhere, to no
avail.
Also, what are the chances of developing analgesic nephropathy? I take
ibuprofen fairly regularly, but the articles on the subject confused
me. Some seemed to say that there were other diseases and factors that
put one at risk. Others seemed to say that it was just taking 3 pills
a day for many years that could cause harm.
Is there an OTC analgesic that doesn't put one at risk for kidney
damage?
Thanks for your thoughts on these questions. I'm pretty worried here.
I suspect I am an analgesic abuser (migraine sufferer) as I've kept a
record the past year of my med use and found that I took 3 or more
200-mg. ibuprofen pills for 112 days out of the year :(
