Re: Constipation, frequent urination and more

squat with your feet on the toilet seat when you have to pass a bowl
movement, it will allow a smoother passage, don't push, if you can
drink something warm, coffee works well because its is also a
stimulant, unless you drink it more often than usual, it may not have
the desired effect, be patient.

Go to your local outpost or herb store and get the tea herbs uva ursi,
orange peel, and marshmelllow root, put about a teaspoon of each in a
tea bag, or strainer, boil water, put tea bag in cup of boiled water,
allow it to steep (sit) for 5-8 min. do this a few times a day and your
pee stream should feel better .

My brother had his belly button infected like you speak of he had to
have part oif it removed, I would go to the ER if it is red and swollen

It all started about 6 months ago. Suddenly I had constipation. I'm
a 22 year-old male and never before in my life do I recall having
constipation problems.

But it just happened and it's still going strong. It's a rather
mild condition as far as I can tell, because it doesn't really
cause discomfort, I defecate at least twice a day but I always,
always, always have the feeling of incomplete emptying. I tried
pushing hard but it still won't empty completely so I just give up.
It doesn't cause any discomfort later on, because I seem to
defecate with the same frequency as before, the only difference is
the feeling of incomplete emptying. Stool certainly looks
constipated (small balls and the like) but certainly if it was
caused by dietary factors it would have stopped for some period
wouldn't it?

I tried eating fruit, bread, but the condition is exactly 100% the
same as when it started.

Then I had prostatitis symptoms. In the beginning for an hour.
Then, after 3-4 months for about two weeks, I almost went insane, I
had to urinate every 2 minutes, literally. Thankfully no pain. I
visited two different urologists, they assured me there's nothing
wrong with me and it's just a temporary problem. It went away but
it returned the past few days. It mostly happens after
urinating/ejaculating. Thankfully lately it only last for about 16
hours.

Then I discovered a hard lump around my belly button. Sometimes I
feel a mild pain there, too. I visited a surgeon once I saw it
wouldn't go away on its own (about a week after I discovered it)
and he said it's probably a cyst of some sort and if it swells or
reddens we'll treat with antibiotics and maybe surgery, but he
advised to do nothing for the time being.

Those are three things I never before in my life had problems with.
Is there any chance those 3 are interrelated? I'm looking for some
extra advice/experience on the conditions since I have already
visited lots of doctors.
