Hello,
while taking a shower, my girlfriend felt numbness in her left arm and
sharp tingling in her fingers. Next thing she knew, she woke up on the
floor. This never happened before. What could it possibly be?

She doesn't have a health insurance, so she can't go to the doctor
to check it out. Does this sound like something serious?
