Rural Health Clinics & Medicare Advantage Plans

We were recently informed that Medicare Advantage Plans can be billed
for Rural Health encounters. Since they follow Medicare guidelines,
is it safe to assume that all Advantage Plans work this way? Has
anyone had any problems with billing this way?
