Skin problem.

For some time I have had a skin condition
which presents as pimple-like red marks which
itch occasionally. These can be squeezed to
exude a clear fluid after which the itching
stops. Sometimes these marks have a
'tracking' pattern and so spread this way.

I have tried many treatments including
cortisones, scabies ointment (pyrethrum), and
the usual three fungicides. But nothing
gives any cure.

The doctor says (en passant) that it's
"probably eczema" and has supplied stronger
cortisones which do not work.

Are there specialists in this area, that is
someone who can take samples for culture and
so give a definitive diagnosis?
