B-12 Injections For Morton's Neuroma?

Has anyone heard of using B-12 injected directly into a Morton's
neuroma of the toes? Also, is there a definite link between B-12
deficiency and Morton's neuroma? Would B-12 supplements have any
effect in reducing these neuromas? Thanks!
