Sounds like what I experience from time to time. I feel it in different
areas of my forearms. I don't know what it is, but I noticed that it
happens when I increase my intake of chromium to about 50-100mcg/day.

I don't think I took more than 15 capsules, 1 cap a day. And that was
2 months ago. After that I didn't touched it. I don't think side
effect show up after 1 and half month.

I just learned interesting thing that Dextropropoxyphene is sodium
channel blocker. I had told my doctor that I have allergy of allethrin
which opens sodium channels. And I had told him that whenever I take
Dextropropoxyphene for stomach ache, mucus formation ceases and I get
relief.
But that doctor was not interested in my common cold research project.
