Is meiosis randomized?

Are any genetic combinations more or less represented in ova or
spermatozoa from one individual? Has the subject been studied? Refer
me to any studies.
I realize that the subject might be hard to investigate. With a total
of 8 million combinations in humans and an ejaculate of 2-500 million
spermatozoa it would require an extreme amount of DNA testing. The
reason the ejaculate is so extremely large could be because every
genetic combination should be able to make it to the starting blocks
so to say.
Anyway I think the investigation has to be done in order to understand
if artificial fertilization cause an altered genetic selection
process. If it does then the Swedish law would prohibit artificial
fertilization.
Until the investigation is finished artificial fertilization should be
stopped. Late findings among humans and urchins show that the WHO
guidelines on sperm evaluation is wrong. Almost all fertilization
clinics refer to WHO. This leads to the wrong sperm being selected.
Genetic inheritance is thus affected and the Swedish law violated.
