The stomach has a volume of around 1 liter when full, which is about 2 lbs. I imagine that the small intestine can hold about 1 liter and the large intestine can hold about 1 or 1 1/2 liter, for a total of about 3 liters or about 6 lbs, although I would be most of the time the contents weigh about 3 or 4 lbs total.
