Has she had her thyroid checked? One of the classic symtoms of
hypothyroidism is being cold.

How to cure low body temperature ?

My sister is around 46 years old. She is ALWAYS cold. Even in summer
she is cold.

Her health is normal.

Can anyone suggest what is going on here?

Does anyone have this problem ? Found any solution ? Any over the
counter medicines ?
Any particular foods worked ?

Pls let me know.
