I have had these involuntary muscle twithing ever since I was a child, most
of the times it starts off as tingling in my legs, butmoves about sometimes
in my arms sometimes in my legs.
However lately I have started to notice it in my fingers, especially my left
forefinger, especially if I am typing and stop for a while, even if I were
to quickly open and close my left hand hoping that would shake it off, it
still comes back on, is this some kind of magnesium deficiency? or something
much more serious?
