The green bulkhead in those photos is the aft end of the sonar dome.
The forward MBT is still there, but so sieve-like that it might was
well not be.

http://www.vaq34.com/junk/ussf3.jpg shows the attach ring for the
sonar dome. Look right behind the raised square hatch and you can see
the vents for MBT 1. Interestingly, while the MBT 2 vents have the
normal inport blanking plates installed, they haven't bothered for MBT
1.

Examing these photos shows that the draft marks are normally right aft
of the sonar dome attach ring.
