Armchair buckytubes are ballistic conductors,
which means that their electric resistance is
relatively small (6500 Ohms), independent of
length, and restricted to contacts. If the
armchair buckytube is free of defects and
rolled into a torus, it would behave like a
room temperature superconductor having the
maximum current density of about one billion
amperes per square centimeter!
Is my thinking flawed?
