   Accepted. Now try to get something resembling universal agreement on
what we 'should' do with the ability. My ideas of what we 'should' do
may be different fron yours, and ours may differ from anyone else's.
Nanotech applications are no different from any other technological
capability or use of resources (including financial) in this respect.

   Defining the problem is not the same as solving it.
