I'm having a research on automatic recognition of nanotubes properties
based on images acquired from a SCM.
The research may result with a software package which is able to
detect the length, diameter and the angle of nanotubes in the image.
I'm looking for some information in order to enhance the research:
1. Analysis of SCM noise in image: which type is the noise, and what
are it parameters.
2. Existing work in the field of automatic target recognition (ATR) of
CNT in images
3. Recommendations to handle the ATR and remove the noise in the image
I hope you may be able to help me,
Thanks in advance,
Moshe
