Enough of the consumer applications that assume current mainstream
lifestyles will remain mainstream with nanotech available and bigger
economic changes than the industrial revolution. On with the weird and
decadent:

Anydrug, anydrug: A small amount of utility fog equipped with chemical
synthesizers. Arranges itself into the appearance of any traditional
recreational drug, is taken by the user, creates the requested drug using
glucose and amino acids from the user's blood, and crawls out of the user's
body for reuse.

Sensuous towel: Wraps itself around user's body and individual 'tongues'
lick off droplets of water.

Climbing gecko tshirt: When user sits against a wall, large numbers of tiny
surface-fitting proturberances slowly lift user up the wall.

A friend in me: An uploaded version of a close friend/lover/enemy within
your body (shouldn't need to be much larger than a grain of sand), together
with a suitable virtual reality environment for their/your enjoyment and an
interface to the nervous system of the host body.
