[ Moderator's note: We have received a couple of other similar postings that
we are holding, pending any response from the poster. Since the discussions
in this group have been in English, and because a Russian nanotech group
appears to exist on Usenet, it does not seem worthwhile to approve the
other posts. If the documents hadn't been scanned the possibility
existed of running them through automated translators so that non-Russian
speakers might be able to get the main ideas. Since even the mathematical
formulas were difficult to make out, using the "universal" language of
math appears to be out of the question. -JimL ]
