Jim, one of the problems is that poverty has become not a fixed minimum
of necessities but a weird relative term that in the USA for instance
can mean someone that owns his own home, has a new car, a projection TV
but doesn't presently earn enough to pay all of his bills and HAVE
MONEY LEFT OVER!
Since Poverty is a flexible term meant to make someone else money why
should it ever end?
