Unfortunately, that point in language space was already taken.

So I would suggest NC chemistry (Numerically Controlled Chemistry).

Machine-phase chemistry is also very good, and more true to the
original coinage. Doesn't invoke high-velocity milling connotations.
(But, of course, the organic chemistry people will still think you're
a nutball).
