My math is boken.

Okay lets think about it. I have a factory that makes tiny non-bots in
New York and I need to use them in India. Now lets assume the Energy
of production in a factory is half the energy of self replication.
Lets say one kJ vs 2kJ or energy.

Why would you make that assumption? It seems to be based on nothing at
all. It also seems fairly unconnected to anything else in your posting.

Okay now lets moves our little bots. Anyone who has moved things
around can tell you that smaller fragile things are much harder to move
than normal size things,

1) Why would you assume nanomachines would be fragile? Existing
molecular machines (and there are plenty of them -- look in the
mirror if you doubt that) are not particularly fragile.
2) Given that people move quite fragile things around the world in
mere hours these days -- everything from laptop computers to
porcelain to cut glass to human organs -- why would moving things
that are fragile be a big issue?

and it will probably be fairly hard to move say a trillion of these
things,

A trillion erythrocytes would fit in, what, less than half a liter in
volume even suspended in plasma? Many envisioned devices are actually
substantially smaller than that. I also doubt that any envisioned
devices are substantially more delicate than an erythrocyte, and those
are routinely shipped all over the place, so again, what is the
problem?

I've been watching your comments here for a while. To be blunt, you
seem to be inventing problems without any real basis in reality. I
don't see any reason to make any of the assumptions you make or draw
any of the conclusions you draw. They seem quite strained at best.
