It is impossible to "control" technology, especially small technology.
We will never be able to control nano-technology like we can not
control software, or nuclear weapons. The only thing that saves us
from WMD is that only major economies can produce them, the sad thig is
there are more and more major economies all the time.

Nano is coming and we will not be able to control it. There is some
real serious thinking that needs to go on.
