Just thinking again .. energy from sound nano devices


I keep seeing this faraday flashlight on tv commercials.
and I got to thinking about using such a thought in generating
energy from soundwaves using nano devices created with the
faraday principle where sound would do the shaking of
the magentic atom inside a nano device that could be designed
to convert the sound vibrations into energy to be used.

Such devices could be placed near loud places and generate
energy for free and possibly shield the sound if some added designs
were included.

Any thoughts?
Maybe I just threw out an idea that may make millions of dollars
for someone?
