Productive Nanosystems Roadmap report has been published

The working group on the Technology Roadmap for Productive Nanosystems
has at long last published a report of their work, available in PDF
form here:
http://e-drexler.com/p/07/00/1204TechnologyRoadmap.html
The report surveys areas of current research that are likely to be
helpful in getting us closer to advanced nanotechnology, and
recommends directions for future work. The group is 70-some scientists
and researchers from academia, industry, and the U.S. National
Laboratories who have been meeting for the past two years.

The report outlines as benign a nanotech program as we are likely to
get, and should receive as much mindshare as possible. One way to
help, for those sci.nanotech readers who are also Digg subscribers, is
to vote for the relevant Digg story so that it makes it to the front
page:
