Does your am radio get a clear signal?
If you couldn't demodulate an amplitude modulated signal,
such radios wouldn't exist.
The problem is if the modulation signal is actually a "white noise"
with spacefilling / Gaussian properties
and the answer is still, yes, if the Gaussian noise is deterministic
with a known starting point ( like one started in Mathematica at a known
seed point).
Bringing entropy in in this case seems going wonderfully far into an
easy question.
