Strictly speaking, ECG data are neither "chaotic" nor "stochastic".
ECG data are complex real-world data.
The terms "chaotic" and "stochastic" relate to models - human made constructs.
"Chaotic" usually means the system exhibits deterministic chaos.
"Stochastic" usually means there is some non-deterministic step allowed.
As there are no perfect models for ECG data
we may conclude that ECG data are more "stochastic" than "chaotic".
