I would think that we would think better of the elderly intelligensia. "Old
Fart" is undignified, I think. I look forward to being old and wise and
full of the knowledge and ideas it took me a lifetime to gather.
Now, hopefully before that inevitability hits, someone would have solved the
riddle of aging, rendering the term "old fart" meaningless.
