The only 'news updates' I currently accept are those from my
ISP, and 99% of the time I find them useless anyway.

If I want information on a product, including those I already
own, I will seek it out myself.

I don't need a mailbox full of crap to tell me what products I
should buy. I get enough spam like offers for pills to make my
member larger or to lose weight, or offers to fill my bank
account with 15 million dollars from some African government.

I am 99+% immune to advertising.
