Ralphie IFS, at about a nanosecond per foot of travel of light, how
definitive do you want the height measurements to be?
Signal to noise is a item that is well understood with the RADAR community
and it seems that you don't understand what that means.
Go away from the SCI.OPTICS group and figure out where you are being
stupidly wrong!
