I tried later yesterday around sunset. Didn't see it.
I also tried viewing various white surfaces illuminated by
an LCD computer monitor. Didn't see it.
But now i'll have to try the sky again with my sunglasses on.
They're about the darkest I can find and I have noticed a lot
of other optical phenomena in the sky before with them that I
could not see without. Perhaps they'll work for this too.
