Hi everyone

Can someone suggest where to find jobs in optics ? I finished a PhD in
semiconductor physics several years ago, but could not find any job in
the field. I ended up doing developments of medical optics on temporary
assignments. Now I am yet in a different field. Are there new
prospective sub-fields in optics where the number of jobs will grow, or
at least industrial/academic/natl lab employers will want to have a
specialist in such a field ? I am located in Oz. Thanks in advance.
