No, it is that the second mirror needs to have a focal length of 10x of the
first mirror.
The first mirror produces an image of the sun that is of a particular size.
You have to then reimage that particular image to something smaller and that
is done by the second mirror focusing on that area and reimaging it to the
different angle that you desire. The output will be a parallel beam of the
desired angle.
The diameters of the various mirrors will determine how much light gets
through the system.
