Illuminating Image Conduit

Hi,
I am looking for a socalled illuminating image conduit. It is described
in this document :

In fig.20 on page 13.
It is an image conduit where the channels are divided into two parts -
one for illuminating the surface and the other for image viewing.
Does anybody know where I can buy an image conduit like this one?
