Various Google attempts produced floods of dud hits, dont seem to be able to get the search strategy quite right.
Wow... I recall a company that made 2 catadiopteric objectives, but I can't seem to find them anymore. They were sold through Edmund, I believe.... odd.

Definitely, these are the ones. Opticon Corp. Their website is inactive, maybe they are out of business.
