anti reflect coating?

Can one purchase a spray to apply to eyeglasses to provide anti reflection?

I have Rx inserts behing sunglasses and Im pretty sure there is an issue
with light bouncing around off the Rx lenses. So I though I could spray
something on them to help the reflection issue. It would be ok to have to
reapply and cleaning .

any thoughts? thanks!
