Re: Alignment of a beam expander



One possible method (although tedious) is to is to first align the lens
as best you can by eye. Then use your camera to look at a focused spot
about 3 meters away on a screen or wall. Adjust the tilts till you get
a nice symmetrical diffraction pattern.

Alternatively, buy a cheap laser pointer and use that to align the
lenses by looking at back reflections.
