I'm trying to cover a photographic film target with a 75 micron
protective cover, either glass, fused silica or whatever.

I';ve been able to find 150 um cover slips, which we epoxy on top, but
not 75.

Does anyone know of any technique or company to make 75 micron glass
thick ( 50 mm x 50 mm) covers or protective coatings that would do the
same.?

For one-off, you could grind down a 150um thick cover slip.
