What is the common factor between the size through a binocular and through
a
photo camera. When I look through my binocular (10*42) the image is much
bigger than the image through my camera Nikon D70 with a 400 mm lens. So
is
there a common factor.

Your camera has a horizontal field of view 2*arctan(18/400) = 5.2 degrees.
The viewfinder probably presents it over a field of about 30 degrees, so
that overall the magnification is about 6. No match for the x10 of your
binoculars. Note that the 42 of your binoculars is the diameter in mm of the
objective, and not relevant to this.
