Wavelength and power measurement of laser pointer

I have a bunch multiple laser diodes (red, green, IR) almost all seems to
have different brightness (visible ones) and may be slightly different
colors.

Is there a simple method for a hobbiest like me to measure/estimate the
wavelength and power of a laser pointer?
