Thank you for your thorough response. Your idea for a slimmer
distillatted version and then suplimentary text there after is one that
I would certainly find useful.... A general main text and then further
text should you wish to specialise...
I anycase thats all academic ;) I will go and look for a copy of
your book to buy....
