KDP-2 User Support Back Up

Hi Folks,
I want to thank everyone who wished me good luck and or prayed for me
during my recent back surgery.
It turns out I must have had a guardian angel sitting on my shoulder
during the whole ordeal as I only had bone spurs pressing on the nerve
roots around L4-L5 and L5-S1 instead of hurneated disks and other
growths. The spurs are all cut away and I only had 2.5 days of time in
the hospital.
I am glad no one warned me how much fun the cathater was going to be
or I might have run screaming for the boarder. :-)
The operation went well and I am back home with a minimally invaded
back and a few weeks of light duty for the healing.
It also helped to have some really good doctors cranking on me.
So KDP-2 is under full support again for those paying for it (version
5.0) and the free version (version 4.0) will continue to be available
for the forseable future as well.
I will begin to finish the roof and corner cube surfaces which will be
part of the sequential ray trace routines. These will be single
surface implimentations of prism rooves and corner cube corners which
will be operational in all of the design and analysis parts of KDP-2.
They will be similar to the related features in CODE-V but will only
use a single surface of the sequential database. They will ray trace
and draw properly in the graphical representations of these surface
types.
Thanks again for everyone's kind words and good wishes and prayers.
They made a real difference to me during this rather unpleasant
episode in my life.
Sincerely,
Jim Klein
