Hi,

Well, I got a surplus lens in the mail. Rigged it up in a temporary
cardboard box of a camera. But after all my tests, I was losing about
6.5 stops of light. Too much for me.

May be this could be improved if you replace the white paper screen by a
better screen which reflects most light in the direction where the light
came from. I mean this stuff that is used for road signs.
