I used PIN silicon photodetector. About saturation, I had checked it
by connecting the oscilloscope, which displayed the obvious modulation
signal expect for noise and DC level up. I did not use very strong
flashlight to avoid too much photocurrent. Besides the lock-in didn't
show OLVD("overload") warning.
