What mega-pixel density (pixels/mm) is required to duplicate the
resolution of:
Complicated question with lots of debate. Look up the lpmm figures for the
films you list. Read about what resolutions are desirable to digitally
archive valuable film using a scanner, since scanners are not as limited as
cameras.
Spatial resolution is not the only issue. Digital color resolution and
dynamic range in the best cameras is still dismal compared to film.
