Several times a day, every day, if you call a phone conversation or boiling
an egg an "experiment".

NASA - JPL is in constant communication with Cassini and has been
for years.
http://saturn.jpl.nasa.gov/operations/saturn-time.cfm
Cassini is using UTC, Einstein's crap is simply ignored as nonsense.
Note, however, that Earth both approaches and recedes from Saturn
at 0.0001c once a year and any so-called "relativistic effect" would
soon be noticed.
Engineers ignore relativists and aetherialists and get on with the job,
then when they retire they like to laugh at the idiots.

When reading about GPS and how it is accomplished to the degree of
accuracy that it attains I read that relativity is taken into account.
This is the effect: Special relativity predicts that because of the
speed of the satellite the onboard clocks will slow down by about 7200
nanoseconds per day. General relativity predicts that clocks on earth
will, because of being closer to the earth, run slower than the
satellite clocks by about 45000 ns per day. This equals to 38000 ns
per day difference per day and the clocks on the satellites are set to
run at this slower rate so that they match the ones on earth. See
