Polishing small stainless steel parts

I'm looking for a company capable of polishing small stainless steel
parts (a few mm2) to optical quality. Something on the order of
lambda/8 and scratch digg of 20-10. This could be anywhere in the
world, but would have to a reasonable turnaround.
