Not when discussing speculative future applications, no. ;-)

I'm afraid the explanation as to /why/ the conversion rate increased
at high energy levels escaped me, but it sounds like if I threw in
thew words "dispersion" or "saturation" I'd be in the right ballpark;
not even the higher energy lasers are providing continuous 2Harm
Generation at those rates... the lions share of the 2Harm conversion
is actually coming from the transient 'peak' of those pulses, which is
above their continuous output.

So for any sort of future useful consumer application, you'd probably
need some sort of photonic capacitor (the old 'condenser' terminology
might be more useful here...) which AFAIK doesn't exist yet.
