I have no access to this paper.

However a book by Hodgson and Weber "Laser Resonators and Beam
Propagation" second edition have a chapter on prism resonators, where
some results from the paper are presented.

I am looking for a paper entitled "Properties of Prism resonators" by H
Hodgson, C Rahlff & H Weber, which was presented at CLEO 1991, and was
published in "Conference on Lasers and Electro-Optics (1991 Technical Digest
Series)", ISBN-10: 1557521891. My library can't locate a copy, for loan or
for purchase.

If this paper was available through more legitimate channels I would get it
that way, but I'm posting this here on the off-chance that someone has
access to this volume, and would be willing to make me a copy of just the
one paper.
