I am looking for a paper entitled "Properties of Prism resonators" by H Hodgson, C Rahlff & H Weber, which was presented at CLEO 1991, and was published in "Conference on Lasers and Electro-Optics (1991 Technical Digest Series)", ISBN-10: 1557521891. My library can't locate a copy, for loan or for purchase.

If this paper was available through more legitimate channels I would get it that way, but I'm posting this here on the off-chance that someone has access to this volume, and would be willing to make me a copy of just the one paper.

If you had it, you'd probably be disappointed...those technical digests aren't full papers. A look on Google Scholar produces a book or two written by the first author, specifically about unusual resonators:

One of those would probably be much more use than the conference digest.
